Glad that I got to meet a childhood hero, Olympic Gymnast, Shannon Miller. I think her current project called the Seize the Day Experience is great; celebrating each day as a cancer survivor by Seizing the Day with other cancer survivors. I got a picture with her during her experience of flying on a trapeze. What a thrill. Thank you, Shannon, for all the good you are doing.

This reminds me of something I did! At 39, I did 40 new life experiences by the time I was 40 – aerial arts, skydiving, swimming with the manatee and even getting in the cage with a 650-pound Siberian tiger! It feels great to live fearlessly! I will continue to follow your journey!
